EZ Growth is a mental health education and personal growth platform founded in 2021 by Dr. Ekachaeryanti Zain. We believe that you don't have to go through life's challenges alone. With kindness and compassion, we are here to accompany you as you gently heal and reconnect with yourself through stillness, awareness, and self-compassion.
Led by Dr. Eka, a licensed Indonesian psychiatrist and psychotherapist specializing in trauma who is now living in Japan, EZ Growth offers counseling and psychotherapy, trauma care, educational courses, e-books, and a supportive community for continued growth. Everything we create is grounded in science and delivered with sincerity, compassion, and deep respect for your unique journey.

Personalized, trauma-informed psychotherapy with Dr. Eka to support your healing journey through VISION Counseling Office, Niigata, Japan.

Structured 8-week Mindful Self-Care program to cultivate mindfulness, emotional resilience, self-compassion, and sustainable personal growth.
Language: Indonesian
Membership: IDR 100,000/month.
Exclusive Membership with weekly resources, reflections, and a supportive community for continued growth. Open to those who have attended at least one Individual Counseling session with Dr. Eka or completed a Personal Growth Program.
