Dr. Eka is the founder of EZ Growth, a psychiatrist with 10+ years of experience, a trauma therapist, researcher, and educator with a passion for helping people heal from within.
She believes healing begins when we feel safe enough to understand ourselves with curiosity, compassion, and presence. Rather than trying to "fix" people, she works alongside each client, team, and community to help them reconnect with their authentic Self through trauma-informed psychotherapy.

Operations & Growth SpecialistWith a background in management, he supports the growth of EZ Growth by overseeing day-to-day operations, digital systems, and business development.
He manages our website, video production, visual design, and digital content while also supporting partnerships, sales coordination, and strategic initiatives that help expand the reach of our services.
Working behind the scenes, he helps ensure that every experience with EZ Growth is accessible, engaging, and thoughtfully delivered, allowing our team to focus on providing compassionate care and meaningful education.

With a background in medicine and public health, she coordinates educational programs, seminars, workshops, and community initiatives at EZ Growth.
She also manages in-house training and collaborative programs with organizations, schools, universities, healthcare institutions, and corporate partners, helping create meaningful learning experiences that promote mental well-being and resilience.
